Responsibility should be distributed and delegated as much as possible. Responsibility is primarily taken by the individual and only as a last resort by a board of directors. Therefore, at Centigo, we have leaders instead of managers, where a leader is someone others want to follow.

At Centigo, we have no managers or traditional hierarchies; instead, we operate with what we call collective leadership.
